20. Coupeville - Birch Bay

Today was very hard. I felt my legs being extremly tired of the past days and it was cold and rainy outside. When I finally got started, I had to cycle on very narrow roads and bridges and it was a real fight to finally reach Bellingham.

After another 20mi I reached Birch Bay State Park - a nice spot very close to the Canadian border. The day ended nicely when a group of Campers invited me for dinner and to join them at the campfire.

Tomorrow I will definitely head for Vancouver.
