Today I reached the first big milestone of this trip: I cycled into Vancouver. After 20 days and 6 hours and 2.244km on the road I passed the border today and made my way all the way up into downtown.
After waiting almost an hour at the border (memorials day weekend in the US), I cycled on long straight roads (up to 12km) into the city.
I will stay here at least until Tuesday and then take the ferry over to Vancouver Island, where I will continue my cycling.
