25. Vancouver - Victoria

Today was the first and (hopefully) the last time, that I end up more southern after a day of cycling. Cycling through cities is not my favourite thing but after very nice and relaxing days in Vancouver I was ready for this "challenge". At this point I would like to thank Dan and Corinna again for their great hospitality.

After making my complicated way through the city of Vancouver, I reached the ferry terminal around 12am. In order to be a little bit faster I skipped some parts by taking a boat and the skytrain.

After a nice 1:20h ferry ride I arrived in Sidney on Vancouver Island and made my way down to Victoria.

Since I have more than plenty time (the ferry from Port Hardy leaves on June, 7th), I stay here for 2 nights.

Luckily I found an awesome host on warmshowers.org, a little bit outside of Victoria which makes the stay a real joy.
